Gavin went above and beyond with the sale of our property. We are not in Calgary we are in Ontario, and he helped us with everything while we were not there. It's nice to have someone guiding you through the market. His listings are also well above everyone. We sold our home in days, while other REALTORs were having a hard time moving similar units.

He never rushed us and even when we pivoted in a different direction as to what we were looking for, he listened and understood what we wanted and why. Gavin was incredibly knowledgeable and a solid support through the process. He helped us navigate the market and how to best approach uncomfortable conversations with potential buyers' comments and inquiries through negotiations. We felt we could speak honestly and openly with Gavin and receive the same in return. He advised from his standpoint and provided relevant information to help us make informed decisions. Buying/selling can become very personal and emotional and Gavin's personal touch was refreshing. We felt very prepared for a quick sale, which is what we received. We'd absolutely work with Gavin again and recommend his expertise.
